Paragon was engaged to compile the market viability and financial feasibility study for the setup of a modern educational institution of high-standing that answers to the growing need for quality education at a reasonable price within Beirut City. Alongside the university concept, Paragon studied the viability of introducing an ICT and business skills training center on the same premises.
The Vocational & Technical Education System in Lebanon
Part of a World Bank policy research commissioned to CRI in Lebanon was commissioned to Paragon, and involved survey to identify the industrial sector’s requirements from the Lebanese vocational and technical education system.
ICT For Poverty Reduction & Employment Creation
Paragon was engaged by the Economic & Social Council for Western Asia, as part of a United Nations & World Bank mandate, to undertake a market study targeting 120 organizations in 8 ESCWA countries with the aim of mapping country progress with respect to the introduction and success of ICT initiatives aimed at poverty reduction and employment creation.
