The SISMO model is essentially based on a combination of pre-fabricated steel cages with extended polystyrene filling. Paragon was charged with determining the market viability and financial feasibility of setting up SISMO panel factories in the Lebanese market.

Organization Design Studies
Technip Abu Dhabi
Consulting assistance to the multinational Engineering firm Technip Abu Dhabi resulted in the creation of the Job Descriptions Reference document covering the organization’s 60 functional positions, drawing and implementing the organization’s Performance Evaluation System, devising the Grading Scale and designing the Salary Scale. At a later stage, Paragon consultants were engaged to create the manpower plan and salary scale required for a Business Plan covering the joint venture between Technip KSA and Saud Consult, both Engineering Design firms operating in the Oil & Gas field.
