Paragon was engaged for the market and financial feasibility study for what became an elegantly zen all-suites hotel of 41 rooms inaugurated in 2014 at the end of Beirut’s famous Monot street, Beirut.  

The Metropolitan Club - Beirut

For The Metropolitan Club, a leisure club dedicated to the upper echelon of Lebanese society, located in Villa Boustros, Achrafieh, Beirut., Paragon conducted a market study, marketing plan, and financial feasibility for development project financing. 

The Lancaster Hotel Chain

Paragon conducted market viability and financial feasibility studies for several members of the Lancaster Hotel chain in Beirut. 

Issey Hotels

Paragon was engaged to rate a combination of political, economic and tourism sector indicators and risks in 7 countries in order to determine the most viable flagship location for the ISSEY Hotel chain, and compiled the financial feasibility for the Project Promoter’s investment in the first 2 locations.  Countries covered included the USA, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Spain, Qatar and Greece. The study concluded with a full-fledged valuation proposal for multi-phased investor introduction.   

Riviera Hotel Beirut - F&B Management 

Paragon prepared for the conclusion of an operations management contract covering the Resort section of the Riviera Hotel & Resort in Beirut

180-Degrees Gym - Beirut

Paragon was engaged for a comprehensive study on the competitive landscape and financial feasibility of a 3,000-sqm facility that is the only large spaced above ground fitness center in Beirut.  

The Chic Pea - Restaurant Concept

Paragon studied the launch of the flagship location for the Lebanese fast food dining concept – The Chic Pea, along with an international roll-out plan spanning Europe and the Far East as target locations. 

Steak & Cheese Factory 

Paragon studied the market viability of Steak & Cheese Factory in selected MENA & Gulf markets and prepared a 7-year roll-out plan for this 20-year old Canadian business with an outlook for MENA & Gulf expansion. Paragon prepared the business plan for the flagship store’s launch in Beirut, and issued the brand’s Equity Valuation in the MENA & Gulf for interested investors. Paragon continued to develop the operational manual for the brand’s franchising purposes.  

Ward El Cham & Caprese

Paragon conducted an elaborate market viability and financial feasibility study in preparation for the launch of Ward el Cham and Caprese, being a high-end oriental and Italian restaurant respectively on a total of 1,888-sqm at the gates of Verdun, Beirut.
