Consulting IDEAS Accelerate Growth

IDEAS Accelerate Growth is an NGO that was created with a mission to enrich the conversation between Lebanon’s public sector, private sector, academia, entrepreneurs, and innovation ecosystems, in order to set in motion Lebanon’s advancement on several vital pillars of national competitiveness, with technology as an underlying driver.

Paragon Business Improvement was engaged by IDEAS Accelerate Growth for a period of 10 months on a multi-faceted consulting mandate to set the above mission in motion. During this time, the consultant elaborated an Innovation Nation program for the Prime Minister of Lebanon, recommended and deployed the guiding frameworks for IDEAS as an organization (being the Global Competitiveness Index and the Global Innovation Index), developed a prototype for a Geo-Mapped Information System to support decision-making in government (specific to waste mangement0, planned and worked on several programs that have a positive impact on public education as well as technology in government, and managed the IDEAS team throughout the 10-month process.
